We cannot recommend Imari enough. She is the best in the business! We've been working with Imari for over 6 years and now think of Imari as family. Imari walks our 2 dogs daily and also watches our pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) when we're away. Imari is caring, thorough, loving and completely dependable. I'm not sure we would be able to travel for work or vacation without Imari. After each visit, Imari will send us a picture from the walk. These are usually the highlights of my day. It's also a very nice touch when traveling; let's me know everything is ok at home. Imari has also been there for us in emergencies. There have been a few times when our plans have changed unexpectedly or an emergency has come up and Imari has been there to save the day. Last Thanksgiving, we experienced a 17 hour flight delay, we were deplaned 5 times. Each time we thought we were taking off, I would text Imari saying we were on our way home. Only to text her the sad news shortly after. We feel extremely lucky to have been introduced to Imari and highly recommend her to anyone needing a dog walker or someone to stay at your place when you travel. Imari has been a godsend for our special needs pup. Our rescue dog is highly anxious and does not do well with everyone. When we moved to the Bay Area a year ago, we were very nervous about finding the right dog walker since we previously went through several before finding someone our dog worked well with. Our dog, Tofu, immediately took a liking to Imari. Her calm and confident disposition made him feel safe and at home immediately. After Imari started walking him daily, Tofu went from an anxious and reactive dog to a much calmer pup who loved greeting other dogs on the street! We could hardly believe it. Imari has a true gift for what she does and we trust her completely.

Favorite Pet Sitter <3. We’ve been working with Imari for about a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. She is great with our fussy cats, consistent with her visits, and always communicative. Her love for animals and patience with them is apparent when she interacts with your pets. I feel like she goes above and beyond as well, not only looking after our pets but keeping an eye on our home - she was a lifesaver one trip when ants tried to take over our living room!! Imari is a great dog walker and pet sitter who was wonderful with our dogs and our cat. When we first started using Imari's services, we had an older dog who was blind and needed a lot of extra help. She was very patient with him and always let us know if something seemed off with him. It meant a lot that we had someone we trusted who would check on him and take him out when we could not be home. I also really liked that she always texted me updates after their walks. In addition to being very trustworthy, she was also very reliable: two extremely important traits in anyone I trust with my animals. If we still lived in the area, we would still be trusting Imari with our animals! We highly recommend her!

We have worked with Imari for about five years now for house and pet sitting when we were away, and she has been simply wonderful. She really gets to know the pets and forms a bond with them - we never worry a bit when she is caring for our cats and dog (and now birds, too). She takes great care of the house, sends daily pics of the pets to us, and is someone we trust to care for our home. We also have had to deal with senior pet issues and lots of medicine instructions as the pets got older and she was happy to deal with all of it. Imari has been caring for my animals, 2 cats & a dog, for a several years now. I used to stress about leaving them at home since one of my cats is high maintenance. I don’t mind it but, yes she is work. Imari has been perfect with her, giving her the meds she needs at the appropriate times and giving her the extra attention she requires. I mostly ask Imari to stay at the house when we travel for longer periods. My house is always taken care of the way I expect, high standards here, and most importantly my 3 animals always seem well cared for, so much so I don’t think they miss me much.

Imari has been walking our older dog Django for over two years now, and our new puppy for a month. She is Django's favorite, and is quickly becoming Gimli's too! Imari is amazing at keeping them in line while they walk both solo and in groups. Imari has been taking care of our kitties since 2017. She has been a godsend and we will never have anyone except Elite Pet Society take care of our pets as long as we are in the Bay Area! We chose Imari initially because of her comfort with administering medications but have kept working with her because of her responsiveness, thoroughness, and the sheer love she shows our furbabies. I'm always anxious about leaving them, and her reliability, frequent text updates and photos put my mind at ease. She goes the extra mile when taking care of our kitties - bringing in any packages that might get delivered and thoroughly cleaning up the messes they sometimes make. Imari has been walking my Myles for 3 years now. Myles is an older pit bull and she walks him alone (that’s what he likes). Imari is kind, caring and very thoughtful. I had surgery this summer (2020) and she not only took care of

Imari has watched our two cats a number of times over the last few years and we couldn’t have been happier with her care. She was very thorough with her first visit and making sure that they we were all comfortable with the instructions and arrangement. Each time we’ve gone on a trip, she is wonderful at keeping in contact with us by sending pictures of our boys and constant updates. This is especially a comfort when you’re gone for longer periods of time… Or when one of your pets isn’t feeling well and on medication. Which has been the case for both of our guys at one point or another. I’m always very confident that Imari will give them excellent care and they won’t be missing any medications or mealtimes! Our cats have also historically been pretty shy around other people but they are very comfortable with Imari which just speaks to her character and her relationship with the animals that she takes care of! I’d recommend Imari to anyone with a pet who needs a little love while the owners away!

Imari has never failed to go above and beyond when caring for our pets. Our dog, Lucy, has high needs, and can be aggressive and excitable around other dogs, but Imari handles her with ease on her walks. She also cares deeply about the pets she works with. Lucy is old and has many health conditions. Imari always keeps a close eye on her, and lets us know if she sees anything that might be of concern. Imari also did an excellent job taking care of our cats and reptiles while we were out of town last year. She’s an exceptional communicator, and shows a level of professionalism and accountability that I have never encountered before from a pet caregiver.
